I bought one of these in 2021 and it lasted until Dec 2024 when the charging port got too loose. I ordered a new one an had a complaint immediately. The unit would just shut down. I was told you would ship me another one but this was disregarded and I never received a replacement. Now 11 months later and the unit only plays on one side. This in itself wouldn't be a big issue except that I am deaf in one ear. I am right handed and need the controls on that side, however I have to turn the controls to the left and cannot work the headset using the controls anymore. I am looking for another headset now and it probably won't be this one. Sad because otherwise I liked the product.

This worked very well for about 8 months. Sound quality was decent, Blu-tooth connected fine, functions worked as described in manual. FM radio was a nice plus. However, after 8 months or so, it would no longer hold a charge. It would work for a few seconds and then shut down. Repeat charge would again only allow it to work again for a few seconds. If the battery life were longer, it would be great. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this due to its short useful life.
